Chef & Owner Nicola honed his culinary skills at Professional Culinary School in Clusone, Bergamo, Italy. He further refined his craft working under the guidance of Chef Gualtiero Marchesi in Italy, as well as in France, the U.K., Germany, on cruise ships, and in Southern California. Nicola has successfully owned and operated “La Fontana Ristorante” in Huntington Beach, “La Parolaccia Osteria” in Long Beach and Claremont, and “Enne Cucina” in San Clemente. Now, he proudly presents Osteria Mare Blu, his latest culinary venture, in the heart of Seal Beach.
